There are some fake reviews on here. I am here to say that I am real and this pump is pretty good! It is the first pump I have ever used, so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but can say that it does a decent job. I think you pretty much have to use it every day to get lasting results, but it certainly works when you use it. I have found two downsides to this pump: One is that it releases a little suction when it's really tight. It seems like it can't handle REALLY tight suction and a little air squeezes in through the rubber piece. Two is that the rubber piece is kind of cheap and being that you have to wash it after each use, it seems to deteriorate a bit. Other than that, this thing is a lot of fun and even a little dangerous if squeezed too tight! I noticed results the first time I used it, which last for about 24 hours. The results I am referring to are hardness and thickness. I had sex with my girlfriend the night that I used this thing and I was harder than I have ever been. She noticed it too, but she is clueless as to why! Haha. -Anonymous

It creates that vacum feeling on your penis. I only been using it for a about a month or soo and i havent seen huge results but ill continue using it because my penis has been feeling hard, and thicker. I feel a little better kind off like having a much much healthier penis by doing the pumping few times a week.

This is more of a WARNING than a review.Cheap products like this that imitate FDA approved Medical Devices should not even be allowed on the market.To get FDA approval this device would have to incorporate a High standard Tested vacuum guage and a automatic vacuum limiter.Not to mention the substandard material and workmanship.
There is no way I would stick my most prized member in a contraption like this.As old and withered as it is i still love it enough fore all the pleasure it has given me not to take a chance on exploding it.A device like this should only be used by people who really need it,NOT AS A TOY.The problem is to get a real FDA approved Erection Pump you have to get a prescription from your Doctor.Thy don't give out free prescriptions.Then you have to find an Authentic FDA approved Medical erection Pump.(your Doctor or Drugstore may help)These Devices run around $200.00 and up.So you can figure to spend a little more than $12.00.

Haha just kidding, the release is easy to find. I really am enjoying this product. The packaging was discreet 'A package from California' was all it said. Its fit snuggly and has great suction. I was surprised by the professional look of this piece, its abit better then what the picture lets on. I was able to buy this on sale (six bucks plus change) so after shipping it was $13, so if you can wait till then go for it.
This is a great product for the price. I'm loving it and now i'm just waiting to start seeing results.
