I am a nurses' aid and have been working at a nursing home for most of my working life. I have been noticing this product more and more around the nursing home. I asked one of my favorite residents about it (in his 70's) and he cracked a big smile and said that he love it. Yes, even at that age, and even in a nursing home, stuff happens......I figure they have been doing before I was even born so I have no right to judge them, just close the curtains please. He gave me a bottle and says his nephew buys it for him. I have tried it for about 2 weeks and found that it really does help with erections. I will tell him that the next bottle is on me.

Im not impotent or any smaller than average but I just wanted to get back to my prime condition from when I was younger. I found sextagin to work really well for me. I had tried some of the crap advertised on TV that seem to do more harm than good but this product does what it says. If you want better erections and want to last longer then give this product a try. I have gotten some size improvements that were an added bonus, that I really wasnt looking for but am happy to accept. I found that taking 2 pills a couple of hours before sex but taking it every day worked best for me.

I only use all natural products that can be taken safely. I am on my third bottle of sextagin (not a very subtle name) and have been pleased with the results. I have researched the ingredients carefully and they are all safely regarded. Stay away from products with Yohimbe in them as people have died from that and it is illegal in some countries and probably will be illegal in the usa at some point. This product does NOT have yohimbe. It has given me firmer errections and I have gotten some length and width improvements. The changes in width are more noticable than the length changes but this is what women seem to enjoy more anyway. I can feel my size increasing during sex and can see the diffence when I am done. I will be a regular user of this.

My body swares by a different product but I found this to work best for me. I dont have any big sexual issues but have found that this gives me more staying power and makes sex more pleasurable. It has also imporved my girth which is what really matters to girls more than length. It is a good buy.
